Workshops Workshops are held throughout the week and on some Saturdays. (Also see our informal crops and craft clubs on Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings). The Scrapaholic club is held every month, usually on the second Saturday from 10-3. They are limited to 10 places and are suitable for all ability levels unless otherwise stated. Tea or coffee is provided and included in the price. Booking is necessary to secure your place either on-line or via telephone on 01527 852052. Please note that if a workshop is cancelled by PaperWorks we will provide a full refund but if you do not attend and your place cannot be resold, then unfortunately we are unable to refund your fee.


We held our Macmillan’s Biggest Coffee Event on Friday 26th Sept. & Sat. 27th Sept. 2008 with 'make and donate' card making (there were 2 different cards that took approx. half an hour each @ £2.50 donation per session, starting at 10.00 with the last one starting at 3.00pm). There was a fabulous raffle and an opportunity to buy special charity sale craft items. Coffee/ tea and cakes were served at the Teapot Cafe for a donation. Thank you to everyone who came along and/or donated and helped us raise £620 which will be donated to help Macmillan provide vital cancer support.

Informal scrapbooking crop
Informal crops are great fun and an opportunity to bring along your photos and match up your papers and embellishments for your scrapbook or find those particular items for your cardmaking projects. This gives you free access to our Sissix and Sidekick die-cutting machines and other tools. There is no formal tuition but help and advice are on hand if you need it and you can share ideas with other crafters. Places are limited to 8 places. Everyone is welcome whetever your level of experience. Tea or coffee is provided and included in the price. You can buy your supplies from our retail area whilst you craft thus ensuring the best match papers and accessories are on hand. Booking is necessary to secure your place either on-line or via telephone on 01527 852052. Please note that if a crop is cancelled by PaperWorks we will provide a full refund but if you do not attend and your place cannot be resold, then unfortunately we are unable to refund your fee.

Crafting - Open Scrapbooking Crop Every Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon (except Bank Holidays) An opportunity to come along to an informal open scrapbooking session, use the tools and ask questions, receive advice and share ideas. Bring photos that you want to match up and make a scrapbook page. Suitable for all levels. Everyone welcome. Drop in for an hour or however long you want to stay between 10.30 and 12.30 on Monday and 1.15-3.15 on Tuesday. You can buy your supplies from the retail area and use them during the session. Craft Parties - adults or children
You can come to us for a party after 4pm on Monday to Saturday (minimum 6, maximum 12 places). Please call to discuss your requirements (guide price £5 per head for 1 hour children's party plus £1 each for face painting or £ 7.50 per head for 2 hour adult party includes all materials and tuition). Suitable for all levels and ages. Everyone is welcome whatever your level of experience. Please note that if a party is cancelled by PaperWorks we will provide a full refund but if you do not attend and your place cannot be resold, then unfortunately we are unable to refund any deposit paid.
